Description: On August 18, 2021, Tom Camahi (Plaintiff) was illegally stopped, seized and searched, battered and assaulted, detained, and arrested by or at the direction of Cristina Radanez and John or Jane Doe 1-10 (Defendants). A day before that, plaintiff attempted to enter his residence but could not because his landlord changed the locks. When he called 911, police arrived and indicated that plaintiff had been unlawfully evicted and could either lawfully enter and break into his residence on his own or employ a locksmith to lawfully enter his residence. On the day of the incident, Plaintiff was lawfully present with a locksmith attempting to lawfully enter his residence. Defendants then arrived and unlawfully approache...
