Description: On December 12, 2017, Plaintiff called 911 to report that her handgun, for which she was the lawful owner, was missing from her residence. Two NYD officers, including Defendant Urman arrived at Plaintiff's home, conducted a visual inspection, and collected information. After 30 minutes, the officers left, but returned shortly thereafter to report that their sergeant, Defendant Roth, needed to come to Plaintiff's residence to speak to her. Defendant Roth arrived with an unknown NYPD officer, took Plaintiff's gun box, and began asking accusatory and aggressive questions regarding Plaintiff's missing handgun.
