Description: On December 28, 2012, at approximately 10:00 p.m., plaintiff was walking with friends near 713 Nostrand Avenue in Brooklyn, New York. While speaking with his mother, who had driven by in her car, defendant police officers ordered plaintiff's mother to move her car. As she attempted to park, the defendant officers again loudly ordered her to move the car. When plaintiff explained that she was parking, a defendant officer said to plaintiff, in sum, "fucking cocksucker," drew his gun, and pointed it at the plaintiff. Subsequently, plaintiff was assaulted by multiple defendant officers; some held him down while others struck him with closed fists and batons to his head, legs, and groin area. Plaintiff was then...
