Complaint
Description: On or about August 3rd, 2012, Plaintiff was verbally and physically abused, assaulted and battered by Defendant NYPD police officers, and suffered severe personal injuries as a result. The police officers then handcuffed, falsely arrested, and unlawfully detained plaintiff. The police officers falsely alleged that they had been assaulted by Plaintiff, and/or that Plaintiff had committed crimes against a civilian victim, resulting in Plaintiff being maliciously prosecuted with various penal law violations. Charges against the Plaintiff were dismissed by the Court after Plaintiff was acquitted by the jury.
