Description: On November 29, 2022, plaintiff was lawfully driving his vehicle in Queens, New York, when defendant NYPD officers Christopher Abreu and Nicholas Condos pulled him over, stating that his windows were excessively tinted. Plaintiff allowed the defendants to search the car although they had no reason to.
