Description: On August 11, 2019, police officers Alfredo Salazar an Robert Meija falsely arrested Benjamin Horace near 108th St. and Madison Ave. of Manhattan. Horace was forcibly stopped and seized by the Salazar, Meija, and other unnamed officers. The officers had no probable cause or a warrant to arrest Horace. Horace was subsequently detained for about a week. The officers then intentionally, spitefully, and maliciously prosecuted Horace knowing that Horace did not commit the accused crime and even made false statements and withheld material evidence.
