Description: On May 4, 2016, Plaintiff Freddy E. Diaz was at or near the intersection of 78Th Street and 156th Avenue in Queens NY. Defendants Police Officer Ryan Prizeman, Police Officer McManus and John and Joane Does arrested and confined Plaintiff. Plaintiff Freddy alleged that the arrest and confine was without probable cause, or reasonable grounds and not founded upon an arrest warrant. Plaintiff Freddy sustained serious permanent personal, emotional and physical injuries as a resut of his arrest and confinement. Plaintiff Adriana Diaz was the lawful spouse of Plaintiff Freddy Diaz and was deprived of her husband's society and services.
