Description: On April 21, 2017, Plaintiff was touched, grabbed, handcuffed, seized, and arrested in an excessive manner and with excessive force. Plaintiff was falsely accused of committing a crime. Plaintiff was assaulted and battered. As a result, Plaintiff suffered serious injuries to his head, neck, back, body, and limbs. The charges were dismissed on October 30, 2017.
