Description: On or about July 6, 2014, at approximately 2:00 a.m., at or near 959 St. Marks Avenue in Brooklyn, Plaintiff was arrested without probable cause by NYPD Officer John Swofford, Officer David McCall, and several unidentified NYPD officers. Plaintiff was verbally abused and illegally searched. Plaintiff was maced and struck with batons while handcuffed. The officers commenced a prosecution against Plaintiff, causing Plaintiff to be incarcerated for a period in excess of 7 days. The criminal action was dismissed and sealed on July 28, 2015.
