Description: On January 7, 2014, while the plaintiff (a cinematographer) was driving the female lead actor of a feature film he was working on back to her apartment, Police Officer Marc Hannon pulled over the plaintiff. The plaintiff presented his license and registration and asked Officer Hannon why he had been stopped, and Officer Hannon replied that one of the plaintiff’s tail lights was out. The plaintiff explained that his tail light was not out and asked again why he was stopped, but Officer Hannon did not answer the plaintiff’s question.
