Description: On May 9, 2021, the plaintiff called 911 to report that a security guard in her apartment building had struck her in the arm. Officers Freund and Guillen responded to her apartment about 7 hours after the initial 911 call. The officers entered her apartment without asking and without receiving consent. The officers refused to socially distance as a precaution against COVID-19. The plaintiff requested other officers to take the report as she felt uncomfortable with Freund and Guillen.
