Description: On July 6, 2018, plaintiff was in his home. His son punched him in the face and plaintiff's fiancee and her son intervened to prevent any further conflict. Plaintiff never struck his son in any way or threatened to. Multiple family members witnessed the incident. One of plaintiff's son's called the police and ten unidentified officers arrived, including Officers Goodman, Imbert, Hernandez, and Breheny. Description: On or about March 16, 2012, Plaintiff was walking with his friend on the street. Defendants approached Plaintiff and his friend, grabbed Plaintiff from behind, and proceeded to arrest him. Plaintiff informed Defendants that he did not do anything but was ignored. Plaintiff further informed Defendants that his shoulder/arm was injured, but Defendants nevertheless stretched it back, producing pain and injury. Plaintiff was fingerprinted, searched, and processed while being held for approximately forty-one hours. On March 18, 2012, Plaintiff was released. Plaintiff was prosecuted to pressure his friend to plead guilty. After approximately seven appearances in court, all charges were dismissed against Plaintiff.

Description: On the night of August 25 and 26, 2012, Plaintiffs Brooks and Clark were lawfully present at the entrance of Hylan Park. Defendants, NYPD Officers Flores, Schantz, Imbert, Perez, Arana and Tiburcio, stopped Plaintiffs at gunpoint. Defendants directed Plaintiffs to lie on the ground, handcuffed them and arrested them. Defendants then searched plaintiffs' bodies via pat-down and searched their pockets. Plaintiffs were lying on the ground for 30 minutes. The defendant officers did not have a warrant authorizing the arrest of plaintiffs.
