Description: On October 4, 2018, NYPD officers William Gavigan, Aldo Yubini, Christopher McKenna, Jesse Colon, Richard Guerrieri, Malcolm Danziger, Stephanie Mazza, Paul Montana, and Jeffrey Taszymowicz, who did not identify themselves as police officers, tackled the plaintiff to the ground. They proceeded to punch, kick, and strike the plaintiff with various unknown objects, despite him being unarmed and offering no resistance.
