Description: On July 17, 2012 at approximately 10:30am, Officer Guido, Sergeant Ciccarello and Officer John Doe, arrived in a white police van at 46th and 8th (midtown west/Times Square). Plaintiff Waleed Salama has a licensed mobile food business and his employee, Ayad Youssef was working on the cart. An argument with police ensued. The police physically moved the cart even though there was no violation. The police put their hands on plaintiff and plaintiff's employee, pinning plaintiff to the ground and stepping on plaintiff's neck for three minutes.
