Description: On April 14, 2016, Plaintiff was falsely arrested for the murder of Roberto Jimenez. On April 8, 2016, Plaintiff's girlfriend argued with Jimenez, Jimenez tried to shoot Plaintiff, Plaintiff wrestled the gun away from Jimenez, and Plaintiff ran inside. Jimenez was subsequently murdered by someone else, as indicated by the ballistic evidence. Plaintiff was identified as the suspect because Jimenez's family and girlfriend were coerced by the police.
