Description: On August 5, 2014, the Plaintiff was behind premises known as 425 East 105th Street, in the County of New York, talking to another individual "Other Individual" when defendant police officers, Robert Brown, Erica Gonzalez, and Adam Concepcion and other unnamed officers were attacked by this Other Individual. Plaintiff watched this occur but did not interact or participate in any way. Defendant officers responded by attacking Plaintiff, where he was struck by batons and sprayed with pepper spray and was subsequently arrested. At the precinct, Plaintiff was assaulted further by having his head bashed against a wall and was struck by Defendant officers. Plaintiff was taken to Harlem hospital where he was treated...

Description: On or about August 6, 2010, Plaintiff was lawfully at a barber shop. Several unidentified police officers, including Defendant NYPD OFFICER ADAM CONCEPCION, arrived there. They immediately arrested and imprisoned Plaintiff. Plaintiff was taken to the 46th Precinct. Plaintiff was arraigned on August 8, 2010, remanded and then released on August 12, 2010 with criminal charges, including attempted murder assault, menacing and criminal possession of a weapon. Plaintiff was arraigned on the false sworn statement of Defendant ADAM CONCEPCION that Plaintiff allegedly was observed shooting SHERROD MURPHY with a firearm. On December 9, 2010, after trial, the charges were dismissed against him.
