Description: On or about November 14, 2014, Plaintiff was lawfully within the vicinity of 125-60 Sutphin Blvd., Queens, NY. Plaintiff had gotten into a verbal dispute with his girlfriend, and Detective John Frank and several unidentified NYPD officers approached them and asked why they had been arguing. Plaintiff's girlfriend explained that this was only a verbal disagreement and everything had been resolved. The officers continued to pressure the two to disclose the content of their disagreement, and Plaintiff informed the officers that the dispute was personal in nature and asked the officers to respect their privacy.
