Description: On June 29, 2021, at approximately 12:00 p.m., in the vicinity of the intersection of Halsey Street and Nostrand Avenue in Kings County, Plaintiff Nathaniel Smith was illegally targeted by Defendant NYPD Police Officers, including Jared Lambert, because of his race, religion, national origin, ethnicity or other improper characteristics for adverse police action. Defendants approached Plaintiff and proceeded to assault, batter, punch, kick, slam and wrestle with Plaintiff. Lambert placed her into handcuffs for an incident that allegedly occurred on February 13, 2021.
