Description: On May 22, 2013, at approximately 11:00 p.m., while plaintiff was at his residence in New York, he was assaulted and arrested by NYPD officers, including Officers Jacob Aaronson, Jonnette Marzigliano, and Jose Sanchez, as well as Sergeant Jason Bass. The officers entered plaintiff's home while he was in a verbal dispute (non-physical), then forcibly restrained plaintiff, and proceeed to punch plaintiff in the head and torso, and strike him on his right ankle with a police radio. Plaintiff was bleeding from his head and could not walk, and had to be taken to Harlem Hospital, where he was placed in a support boot, cast, and crutches, then taken back to the police precinct.
