Description: On July 9, 2011 Plaintiff was lawfully at Coney Island when nearby attendees became involved in a verbal disagreement that escalated into a physical alteration. PO Pierre Fontaine, Lt. Peter O'Neill, and unnamed POs responded and, without legal justification, assaulted, attacked, and verbally abused Plaintiff. Plaintiff sustained, inter alia, blunt head trauma as well as lacerations and bruises to the face, eyes, head, and neck as a result of the attack. Plaintiff was falsely arrested for assault and taken to the hospital, 60th Precinct, Central Booking, and ultimately Rikers Island.
