Complaint
Description: On April 30, 2016, plaintiff was walking down the street when NYPD officer Steven Herzog and Sergeant Sean McCarren informed him that they were responding to a call about a fight. Plaintiff told the defendants that he was not involved in a fight and attempted to walk away, but one of the defendants grabbed plaintiff by his arm and fired a taser into his side. Plaintiff was then struck in the face and placed under arrest.
