Description: On August 7, 2020, the Plaintiff was awakened by NYPD officers banging on his door. The Plaintiff did not open the door. NYPD deployed snipers, drones, helicopters, police dogs, and dozens of police officers, many of whom were wearing tactical gear, to his apartment building throughout the day. NYPD called off its siege after protesters gathered.
