Description: On June 17, 2014, the Defendants (Police Officers Warren Lopez, Haroldy Cabreja, and other NYPD Police officers whose names are not known at this time) without having legal cause, wrongfully touched, grabbed, handcuffed and seized the Plaintiff, Arthur White in an excessive manner about his person, causing him physical pain and mental suffering.
