Description: On June 29, 2023, Plaintiff KELCIE CUNNINGHAM was illegally stopped, searched, detained and subjected to excessive force by defendants NYPD POLICE OFFICER EVANGELLOS GEORGAKIS, and NYPD POLICE OFFICERS JOHN DOES. Plaintiff was arrested by defendants without cause or justification. Without reason, Plaintiff was tasered by defendants, grabbed, tackled to the ground and forcefully placed in handcuffs. Plaintiff was transported to Lincoln Memorial Hospital for treatment of his injuries and remained there until June 30, 2023. Plaintiff was brought back to central booking and was released on July 1, 2023. Plaintiff KELCIE CUNNINGHAM sustained physical and emotional pain and injuries as a result of this incident.

Description: On October 9, 2022, PO Evangellos Georgakis and John Doe assaulted, battered, arrested and confined the Plaintiff without any reason, in the vicinity of E.187th Street and Mansion Avenue.
