Description: On Sept. 12, 2019, Plaintiff arrived home from work as a Certified Pupil Transportation Driver for the NYC Dept. of Ed and found he was locked out of his house. Plaintiff suspected his wife had intentionally locked him out due to estrangement. Plaintiff called 911 to file a police report. After an hour Defendant Dennis and Doe arrived. After speaking with Plaintiff for a short while, Ms. Suazo came out of the house and invited the Defendants in to talk leaving Plaintiff outside. after about 5 min Defendants came out of the house and arrested Plaintiff. while being handcuffed Plaintiff asked why he was being arrested, Defendants gave no explanation. Plaintiff was taken to the 48th precinct and processed. after 2...
