Description: On August 27, 2015 plaintiff was visiting family and was sleeping when at 12:30 AM, officers entered the home. Plaintiff came out and was taken to the ground, struck by the officers, and handcuffed. Plaintiff was taken to the precinct and held for 24 hours before being charged with felony charges in connection with a firearm that was not found near plaintiff but in a locked bo in another room. Plaintiff had bail set and was sent tot Rikers Isalnd for 4 days until he posted bail. On Sept. 18, the DA dismissed all charges.
