Description: On January 24, 2012, Plaintiff and a friend were riding their bicycles in the vicinity of Linden Boulevard in Queens, when they were approached by the named Defendant Officers. Maroni approached Plaintiff's friend, while Collafluri approached Plaintiff. Defendant Officers ordered both Plaintiff and his friend to get off their bikes.
