Description: On or about August 22, 2012, POs Frank Calafiore, Tyler Ruthizer, and John Egan stopped, detained, and arrested Plaintiff unlawfully and without justification. They also intimidated Plaintiff and caused him severe and permanent injuries. Plaintiff was then confined in various places, including at the precinct. Officers, including POs Calafiore, Ruthizer, and Egan, knowingly and unlawfully fabricated charges against Plaintiff and set them forth in a false and fabricated criminal complaint, criminally sworn to by PO Ruthizer on August 23, 2012. Description: On January 24, 2012, Plaintiff and a friend were riding their bicycles in the vicinity of Linden Boulevard in Queens, when they were approached by the named Defendant Officers. Maroni approached Plaintiff's friend, while Collafluri approached Plaintiff. Defendant Officers ordered both Plaintiff and his friend to get off their bikes.
