Description: On September 18, 2011, The Plaintiffs, Husband and Wife, were at a local restaurant in the Bronx when the bouncer forcefully escorted them out of the bar without reason. Plaintiff's saw Defendant Officer Mutis on the street and complained to him about their mistreatment. Defendant Officer told Plaintiff's they should file a civil suit and Plaintiffs felt that Defendant was ignoring their complaint Defendant Officer then told Plaintiff Wife to leave and kicked her in the rear end. This was upsetting to Plaintiff Husband who yelled at the Defendant. Defendant Mutis then punched Plaintiff Husband in the face, knocking him to the ground, and called for backup.
