Description: On or about October 8, 2014, Plaintiff was lawfully and properly driving on the public roadway/sidewalk near Hempstead Turnpike near Meacham Avenue, Nassau County, Defendant Police Officers Ryan Scanell, James St. Germain, Brian Volpi wrongfully and falsely arrested, assaulted, imprisoned and detained Plaintiff without any rights or grounds. Defendants assaulted Plaintiff, including by striking him about his face, head, ribs, and other body parts, causing him to sustain severe and permanent injuries.
