Description: On November 10, 2021, Plaintiff was walking home after spending time with friends when a stranger bumped into him and engaged him in a verbal disagreement. Without probable cause or reasonable suspicion, nearby defendant POs with Shield No. 4786 and John and Jane Doe 1-10 detained both the Plaintiff and the stranger and illegally searched them.
