Description: On or about January 4, 2019, while walking on the sidewalk to a pool hall, Febus heard approximately three gun shots and then approached by police officers who asked him if he had heard any gun shots. He responded affirmatively whereupon P.O. Kristopher searched him. No weapon or contraband was found. Febus then entered the pool hall. Detectives and officers entered the pool hall and then handcuffed and arrested plaintiffs who complied and did not resist arrest. Plaintiffs were taken to a precinct where they were searched. Description: On September 19, 2017 at approximately 8:38 pm Plaintiff was inside 1361 Nostrand Avenue 2B in Kings County when Defendants, John Modesta, John Ortega, and John Doe officers of the NYPD approached plaintiff, pinned her on the ground and put their weight on Plaintiff and put her in handcuffs. Plaintiffs told Defendants that she was in pain and that she was pregnant but Defendants ignored Plaintiff. Defendants assaulted and battered Plaintiff with excessive force and Plaintiff lost her unborn child. Plaintiff was falsely arrested, taken into custody and falsely imprisoned and detained. Plaintiff was then taken to Kings County Hospital and held based on false allegations.

Description: On October 12, 2017, Plaintiff, Naeem Graham, was at the intersection of East 34th Street and Church Avenue, Brooklyn, NY, when he was struck by a bullet fired by Police Officer Fabian Modesto, Police Officer Richard Ortega, Police Detective Michael Quinn, and other unidentified officers (John Does). Plaintiff was lawfully present at the intersection, engaging in no illegal activities. The officers were allegedly discharging their firearms "negligently, recklessly, and without probable cause," and Plaintiff was injured as a result of this action (p. 5). At no point did Plaintiff pose a threat or provoke any reasonable cause for such action.
