Description: On September 16, 2014, plaintiff Ayisha Long answered her doorbell to a friend of her son, and saw her son, Sidney, in a park across the street with a number of police officers, including PO Angel Vasquez. Plaintiff ran over, barefoot, and informed the officers that she is Sidney's mother. She told Sidney to stay calm, the police officers took him down to the ground, and plaintiff knelt down next to him, urging him to stay calm. At some point, police Cpt. Christopher Zaffiro arrived on the scene. Zaffiro grabbed plaintiff from behind and forced her arms behind her head.
