Description: Plaintiff and his friends were visiting the basement of this apartment when they heard footsteps and believed that they were being robbed. Description: On October 4, 2011, Plaintiff was approached by someone in a sweatshirt who he believed was an undercover officer. Plaintiff insulted him. NYPD Sergeant Anthony Famighetti, and P.O.
