Complaint
Description: On September 10, 2019, Plaintiffs were in an apartment when officers approached without cause. In the course of arresting the Plaintiffs, the officers pushed, punched, kicked, and tased both Plaintiffs before placing them in tight handcuffs. The Plaintiffs were taken into custody and transported to the hospital to receive medical treatment. Thereafter, Plaintiffs were transported to the precinct.
