Description: On December 15, 2014, around 1:00 a.m., Plaintiff went to the 49th Precinct located at 2121 Eastchester Road, Bronx, following a request by a friend. Plaintiff arrived without resistance but was immediately handcuffed by Detective Salvator Giardina and other unidentified officers.
