Description: On July 31, 2016, Plaintiff was driving his vehicle in Kings County, New York. NYPD officers pulled Plaintiff’s vehicle over. The officers approached Plaintiff’s window. Plaintiff asked why he was pulled over. Officer Sanchez responded by punching Plaintiff with a close fist several times in the face and head, causing Plaintiff to lose consciousness. The officers placed Plaintiff in handcuffs and formally arrested him. Plaintiff was transported to a hospital for treatment of his injuries. Plaintiff was arraigned on charges resulting from claims he alleges were falsified. Plaintiff acceded to an ACD at arraignment and was released. All charges were dismissed.

Description: Plaintiff Mr. Benson was asked for identification by the defendants in the vestibule of the incident location at the incident time.
