Description: On April 17th, 2013, plaintiff was in her apartment when she saw two men attempted to mess with the wheels/tires area of her Nissan Murano which was parked on the street outside her apartment. Apparently the two men were NYCHA employees but did not identify as such until later. Plaintiff called the police. She attempted to stop the men (who she thought were thieves) from leaving. An altercation occurred. As the cops arrived, they asked the NYCHA employees if they wanted plaintiff placed under arrest. Plaintiff was arrested despite having called the police on two people she believed were attempting to steal her car.
