Description: n March 4, 2020, plaintiff Spring David was lawfully sleeping in his bedroom, at which moment he was awoken by unidentified police officers, among whom detective Javier Munoz, sergeant Kevin Beslity, and police officer Yiqi Sun. Police officers pointed weapons at plaintiff and screamed profanities. They handcuffed the plaintiff and searched the apartment. Thereafter, they unlawfully seized 101,500 dollars without returning them later, desktop computer and other electronics, that were later auctioned off by the police department without placing the plaintiff on notice about that.
