Description: In January 2009, Urretia was returning home, when police officers informed him that his apartment had been broken into. The POs then arrested him for criminal possession of a controlled substance despite not finding any marijuana on him. Then the PO's took Urretia to the police precinct where they conducted an invasive strip search. After the search, the PO's went back to Urretias home and destroyed several valuable items. The eventual charges against him were dismissed on September 30, 2010.
