Description: On April 15, 2022, plaintiff was lawfully attending a rally/protest regarding Mayor Eric Adams' increase of the NYPD financial budget rather than community programs. The protestors were conducting jail support at the 19th precinct to support those who were arrested at the protest/rally. Plaintiff approached one defendant officer to question him as to the release of those arrest and inquire why the officers had chased plaintiff and others from Gracie mansion. The defendant officers responded that the protestors had trespassed. Defendant officer mocked plaintiff, at which point plaintiff began to approach the officer. Description: On September 16, 2014, plaintiff Ayisha Long answered her doorbell to a friend of her son, and saw her son, Sidney, in a park across the street with a number of police officers, including PO Angel Vasquez. Plaintiff ran over, barefoot, and informed the officers that she is Sidney's mother. She told Sidney to stay calm, the police officers took him down to the ground, and plaintiff knelt down next to him, urging him to stay calm. At some point, police Cpt.
