Description: On September 16, 2014, plaintiff Ayisha Long answered her doorbell to a friend of her son, and saw her son, Sidney, in a park across the street with a number of police officers, including PO Angel Vasquez. Plaintiff ran over, barefoot, and informed the officers that she is Sidney's mother.
