Description: On May 9, 2013, plaintiff Brown was lawfully present with his brother, plaintiff Green, on a public walkway running between a premises on Beach Channel Drive, in Queens, NY. Three police cars pulled up in front of plaintiffs. Three defendant officers exited the vehicle and approached plaintiffs. One of the defendants stated they received a report that fifteen persons, at least one of whom was in possession of a firearm, were present at that location. Neville approached Brown and searched inside his pockets. One defendants took hold of Green, and without probable cause patted him down and unlawfully searched his pockets.
