Description: On May 12, 2012, Plaintiff was lawfully driving his vehicle when he was pulled over by PO William Sanchez and PO Ronny Valdez. Plaintiff was then told to exit his vehicle without being provided a reason for his arrest. The officers then slammed him against the frame of his vehicle and illegally searched the Plaintiff’s vehicle without Plaintiff’s consent.
