Description: On June 22, 2014, when plaintiff was traveling in a car driven by a different person, police officers Eric Ellsworth and other police officers approached the car. The police officers pointed guns to them. Plaintiff asked police officers to release his seat belt while it was fastened because the officers was pointing their guns to him. When plaintiff leave the car, he was arrested and the officers told him that the reason for arrest will be told later. At the precinct, the officer told the plaintiff that he is arrested for grand larceny in relation to the car. D.A. refused to prosecute plaintiff, and he was released latter.
