Complaint
Description: On September 23, 2017, plaintiff was waiting for the start of a concert on the boardwalk outside of a concert venue, when defendant POs, without a warrant, probable cause or reasonable suspicion, stopped, searched and ultimately arrested plaintiff. Defendant POs then filed knowingly false sworn complaints, accusing plaintiff of multiple crimes he did not commit. All criminal charges against plaintiff were later dismissed and his records sealed.
