Description: On December 24, 2013 at approximately 12:10am, plaintiff was tackled by a uniformed NYPD officer, turned over, and punched in the mouth multiple times. Plaintiff believes that this officer was PO Anthony Giordano, Scott Lutz, Bryon Priester, or Williamsei Abdulmumin, who were all present at the scene. All defendant officers except Norberg and Miron were present. Description: On or about July 12, 2012, Plaintiff was involved in a motor vehicle accident. PO Abdulmum Williams-El responded to the accident. Plaintiff informed PO Williams-El that he had consumed beer and pizza earlier that day, and the officer then falsely and maliciously arrested Plaintiff and charged him with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and with two counts of consumption of alcoholic beverages in a motor vehicle.
