Description: On February 13, 2020, Plaintiff Olivia Donovan was near Saks' Fifth Avenue location when defendant officers falsely arrested and detained plaintiff, accusing her of grand larceny. They engaged excessively tightened handcuffs. At the precinct, plaintiff was subjected to a search of the intimate parts of their body and unlawfully detained for 15 hours before being released. The officers prepared false sworn affidavits and police reports to support the charges.

Description: On January 20, 2018, at approximately 10:20 p.m., Plaintiff was in the vicinity of 11 Avenue and West 50th Street, when he was caught up in a street brawl.
