Complaint
Description: On May 18, 2024, plaintiff was lawfully on the street in upper Manhattan, when he was grabbed, handcuffed, and arrested by defendant NYPD Officers Jerick Alcantara, Lejoe Endanattu, and John Doe officers on suspicion of an unknown crime. Defendants took plaintiff to a nearby police station and booked him. Defendants then filed false charges against plaintiff, causing him to make multiple court appearances before the charges were eventually dismissed.
