Description: On August 26, 2015 Plaintiff, who was pregnant, was inside a hair braiding business when she was notified she was going to be arrested by POs Augusto Hernandez and Miranda Ortiz. Plaintiff was peaceful, cooperative, and agreed to follow POs instructions. Thereafter John Does 1-4 arrived at the premises and, without conferring with POs Hernandez and Ortiz, grabbed Plaintiff to arrest her. POs Hernandez and Ortiz did not inform the other officers the situation was under control and instead immediately joined in the physical grabbing and arresting of Plaintiff.
