Defendant Officers Ramos, Garza, Curzio, and John Doe assaulted, battered, and used excessive force against Plaintiff. Defendant officers intentionally discharged a total of 10 rounds from their service firearms at Plaintiff during their interaction. Some or all of these shots struck plaintiff multiple times about his body in various locations.
