Description: On or about April 26, 2018, plaintiff was falsely arrested by defendant NYPD officer Katra Malloy, on the recommendation of defendant NYPD Sergeant Gordon Frasier. Plaintiff was falsely accused by defendants of showing private/explicit photos of a coworker that she obtained unlawfully. Defendant NYPD officer Malloy forwarded an "incredible" version of events to the Kings County DAs office, already aware that his statement had been contradicted by other coworkers of the Plaintiff, in order to maliciously prosecute plaintiff.
